Yesterday, I got back from a five day vacation in Crikvenica, a town by the sea. It was fun, even though high temperature and high prices kept trying to ruin it. I can’t escape from modern day problems…
On a more light-hearted note, I took some picture that I’m sure you’ll enjoy. Let’s start with some funny animal statues.
I found the cow at a rest stop and the gorilla in Crikvenica. I would say that I want to be a photographer who specializes in funny animal statues, but I’m sure that position is already taken by somebody.
Next up is a rock I found in the sea.
I’m guessing the things stuck to it are dead corals or sponges, but I’m not sure. Either way, it looks interesting. When I got it out of the sea, I put it under a beach chair, unsure if I want to take it to the apartment. I didn’t do it, but my brother did, thinking I forgot it. That was nice of him.
In the end, I decided to leave it on a rock fence next to the apartment. I left something that says, “I was here.” I hope the rock stays there for a while.
Some of you probably want more conventional photos, so I took some of them, Here’s a hotel and a ferris wheel.
Unfortunately, I don’t have anything special to say about those two. I didn’t stay at the hotel and I didn’t go on the ferris wheel. I just thought they looked nice.
And that’s everything. I enjoyed my vacation, but it’s nice to be back home. The comic backlog is getting smaller, so I should work on that.
