Google, Your Turn!

It’s been over a year since I shared my website’s analytics with you. Last two times, I showed you Squarespace’s world map, but Google can check things like that too. For variety’s sake, let’s let Google Analytics show us how much traffic I got from each country. Darker shade of blue means I got more visitors from that country. I’m making this post on Monday, so here’s a map showing the number of visitors from the 5th of June to the 5th of December:

If this was a game of Risk, I’d be winning. Next I wanna show you a list of 15 countries I got the most visitors from. I wanted it to be ten, but there’s a lot of ties when it comes to lower numbers:

Congratulations, United States. You beat my home country when it comes to the number of visitors. Granted, your population is over 80 times bigger than my country’s, but still, enjoy your victory. I know you’re dealing with a lot of problems.

As I always say, take these numbers with a grain of salt. When it comes to documenting visitors, analytics can’t do a perfect job. Doesn’t mean I can’t have fun with them.
