I Started a Bluesky Account

As a webcomic artist, I’ve hit a slump. I’ve been posting my comics on the same websites and I haven’t been growing my audience. It can be hard to break away from the routine sometimes. Coincidentaly, Bluesky is starting to take off as a new social media platform. It’s meant to be an alternative to Twitter. Considering what Elon Musk has been doing, I don’t blame people for moving to a different platform. I’ve seen a lot of content creators open new accounts there. I decided to join the bandwagon.

Yes, I have a Bluesky account. I was unsure about making it at first, but them my brother told me it would be a good idea to make an account while the website is still new. Hopefully, it will be relatively easy for me to stand out. The majority of my content will be on this website, but I would still recommend you follow me on Bluesky (or Twitter/Instagram). Like I said before, if something goes wrong with my website, I’ll still have a way to keep in touch with you. I’m not blindly optimistic; it’s possible that Bluesky will fall out of relevancy in a few months. But hey, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
