I made fun of my instructor a bit, but truth be told, she was pretty welcoming. When she noticed how many men were attending the course, she was happy to see more of them take an interest in accounting. When International Women’s Day was approaching, she congratulated the female attendees and wondered if men have a day. I said that International Men’s Day was on November 19th and she said she would congratulate me when the time comes. I don’t know if she’ll remember it later this year, but it was still nice of her.
