I’m about to post my 400th comic and I’ve come up with a way to show my thanks to all of your support. I’ve noticed that embodiments of ideas (Freedom, Safety, Hope and Despair) are relatively popular characters and people are frequently asking me if there’s an embodiment of patriotism, responsibility, etc.

Now’s your chance to to have your wish granted. Comment an idea that you’d like to see me turn into a person. I’ll choose the four I like the most and draw them as people. For the purposes of this little project, an idea is anything that doesn’t have a physical form. Technically speaking, the mailbox is an idea (someone had to come up with it before making one), but since mailboxes are physical objects, it’s disqualified.

Maybe I’ll use them as characters in a comic, maybe not. It depends on whether they spark my imagination.
